David Wrather is the President of the firm and started Attain Business Consulting after a distinguished career in the Federal Government. David served in the Canadian Forces for over 30 years as a helicopter pilot, project manager, senior officer, project manager and a Human Resources program developer and manager. He has over 30 years of specific experience as a business consultant in the Public and Private sectors. David Wrather has an Engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and is a Professional Engineer (PEng) licensed in Ontario and Nova Scotia. He is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Leader (CHRL), a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Professional in Critical Infrastructure Protection (PCIP), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and he has a Master’s Certification in Project Management. He is a member of the Engineers of Canada, Professional Engineers of Ontario, Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia (APENS), Project Management Institute (PMI), Critical Infrastructure Institute, Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC Canada), and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
